Management Team
Salvatore Calabrese, President
Salvatore Calabrese graduated from Temple University in 1988 with a Bachelor
of Science Degree in Biology. He has received a degree in Small Business Management
from the Wharton Small Business Development Center in 1994.
Prior to starting the Calabrese Group in 2000, Salvatore began his career
in the medical device industry in 1981 with his employment at the Philadelphia
Cervical Collar Company. From assembly line worker to President in 1990 and
the Company's successful acquisition in 2005, Salvatore mastered all aspects
of daily operations and business planning ensuring the organization's profitability
and innovation.
Salvatore has consulted on numerous products, processes and projects over the past 35 years and will
continue to advise small growth oriented companies to realize their potential.
Carolyn Calabrese-Palavage, Vice-President
Carolyn Calabrese-Palavage graduated from Temple University in 1984 with a
Bachelor of Arts Degree in Communications. She has received a degree in Small
Business Management from the Wharton Small Business Development Center in 1994.
Prior to starting the Calabrese Group in 2000, Carolyn was employed by several
marketing companies until her employment at the Philadelphia Cervical Collar
Company in 1991. From marketing representative to human resource and marketing
director; Carolyn has acquired the knowledge and experience to successfully
execute any organization's managerial and marketing request.
Carolyn has consulted on numerous managerial and marking projects over the past 35 years and will continue to advise small growth oriented companies to realize their potential.

2000 US Chamber of Commerce Blue Chip Award Recipient - The Award recognizes small businesses that have overcome challenges, seized opportunities, creatively utilized resources and achieved success. Our accomplishment was announced in Fortune Small Business Magazine, as well as being featured in a book chronicling the personal and professional sagas of State winners. The award is presented by the Mass Mutual Financial Group and the United States Chamber of Commerce.
